What To Expect: The moderator will be asking you some questions about your experience with a specific website. Session Duration: 20min IMPORTANT: These sessions will be recorded. Recordings will only be used by the research team for internal analysis to help them understand your needs and make improvements. Your honest feedback is essential, and all responses will be kept anonymous whenever presenting the feedback to additional stakeholders outside the research team. When signing up for these sessions you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Before we begin recording, we will ask you to verbally confirm your consent. We may also ask you to sign a consent form.
